* CURRENT RECRUITMENT NEEDS* (last updated 6th March 2015)
Recruitment is now open for a one of our raid groups! We are currently looking for a skilled, dedicated and friendly melee DPS or WHM player. The group has cleared T13 in mid-December, has cleared Second Coil T6 and T7 savage in 2.3 gear and achieved server first for Second Coil T8 and T9. We are looking for a player willing to push themselves to the limit and tackle difficult content in preperation for 3.0 progression. The group raids at 9:00PM GMT+9 on weekdays during progression.

Availability of raid spots may not be updated as quickly on the FC website, applicants are encouraged to approach the following officers for the latest recruitment needs for each static :

Coming Soon - Soujirou Seta / Q'oya Tia
Off Peak - Hystie Kurone / Valerie Poxleitner
Social Link - Captain Mypants / Amanduz Ace
#SORRYNOTSORRY - Seryth Varetyr / Hilde Lydstrom

Raiders:
Candidates applying for a raid application should come prepared with as much information with themselves and their playstyle as possible - this includes knowledge about rotations as well as parses in certain encounters/POVs (the latter is not necessary but is definitely a big plus to an application). We understand that there is an ambiguous legal area in regards to parsers but they are currently the only way we can accurately assess someone's DPS and draw comparisons. For tanks and healers, we would like candidates to come prepared to talk about cooldown usage or how their playstyle adapts to certain situations. You may be asked to participate in a trial.

Social:
Players are free to apply to Elvellon on a social level - we have several members who have statics outside of the free company or for one reason or another are unable to dedicate time to current raid content, but still like to join light party instances or primals/coil turns 1 to 9. Currently, due to low recruitment needs social applicants will be given a trial as stringent as those applying to become raid members. Our free company chat is fairly active at all sorts of hours and is quite friendly (with some frequent hazing and needling that comes along with being in a boiling pot of personalities - having a decent layer of skin is preferred).

It should be noted that should a raid spot open within a static that being a social member is not likely to improve your chances of joining over other applicants applying externally from outside the free company - the onus will be on you as much as everybody else to make a good impression if you wish to express interest in joining and to prove that you deserve the raid slot.

If your application has been accepted and you require an invitation to the Free Company, please take a look at the Contact Us page (on the navigation bar at the top) and contact any of the people listed there.
You must be logged into Guildwork in order to apply and/or view your application status.
